Please find to follow lots of information regarding our very popular and successful party package. We have updated it again for 2018/19 to give you even more choice and value for money. The standard package comes with hall hire, all the equipment and a party host, additional optional extras can be booked too, food, party favours and face painting. So you can make the party package perfect for needs and your son/ daughter.
Equipment
Bouncy Castle – the bouncy castle and slide combi is very popular, with netted sides it is easy to supervise the children and with a sewn in roof cover it is safe as no climbing on the walls. There is a large bounce bed and the small step encourages children to bounce inside safely and not on the step. The slide adds more adventure to an already fun inflatable. It is blue and purple making it very gender neutral. If a specific theme is really what your child/ren would like this is easily achieved by decorations and table cloths.
Didi Cars x 8
Great fun on the Didi cars for adults too, these are perfect for all ages, being low to the ground they are safe for younger children too. It never ceases to amaze me how much the children love these which is why we have increased the number that we bring.
Air Juggler Ball Pool OR Target Zone
This is a great piece of equipment again for all ages from little ones to sit in the ball pool to adults who even like to play with the balls and air jets to everyone in between. This neutral theme is great for boys and girls alike.

The target zone is a new piece of equipment for 2017 and is a bank of air jugglers where the children use Nerf Guns to shoot the balls – a real test of skill and marks man ship. This piece of equipment comes with two nerf guns, darts, safety goggles . The game is to shoot the balls, this will need supervision as it is not intended in this game to target anything or anyone other than the balls. Used sensibly we can see this game being great fun (for older kids (ie adults) too).
There is a choice of either Air Juggler or Target Zone for this package, if a choice not selected we will provide the air juggler.
Soft Play
Another area set up is the soft play section that is a matted area with soft play blocks. This is very popular with all children, where they can build, stack, arrange the pieces to make dens, towers or anything else their imagination takes them. Soft play is ‘party time’ again neutral to suit both boys and girls.
Music
We shall bring a disco music speaker that has disco lights and you can Bluetooth your chosen music to it to play during the party .
Face Painting /Glitter Tattoos
Optional Extra £40 (usually £75)
This is a very popular activity again enjoyed by most people young and old. Glitter Tattoos we recommend for children 3+ and face painting we again recommend 3+ but at the artists discretion we may paint younger children a small design so that they can take part, without having to sit still for any length of time. Our main objective is that the children enjoy this experience. We paint and glitter for the full two hours and have 100’s of designs for the guests to choose from. If there is time we are more than happy to paint siblings and adults too!This is for one artist who will offer a choice of a face paint or glitter tattoo and if there is time we are very happy to move on to seconds. This will very much depend on the number of guests though. We can face paint / glitter 10-12 guests per hour.
Cake
Please bring your own Birthday cake. We do have basic candles (you are welcome to bring any special candles i.e. number candles or sparklers etc.) and we are happy to prepare the cake when the time is right. Should you wish for the cake to be handed out at the end of the party, we are happy to cut it and wrap in napkins and put in a gift bag ready for you, we discuss this with you when you arrive.
Sweetie Cones
Optional Extra £1 each (usually £1.25 each)
Let us know if you would like to add these.
We tie the sweetie cones with two pieces of co coordinating ribbon and put a personalised sticker on the cone too.
- What picture would you like on the cone?
- What message would you like around the picture on the cone?
We usually put something like, ‘thank you for coming to my party’ ‘love or from name’, but we could put anything that you would like, just let us know.
- Do you have any special requirements as regards the sweets, ie no gelatine sweets?
- Additional sweetie cones can be provided at an additional £1 each, do you need any more than 20? This can be changed up to one week before, even if you don’t have 20 guests I would still take the 20 as you could hand them out to siblings or eat them yourself ;-).
Food / Food Boxes
Food boxes - Optional Extra £3 each (usually £3.50)

We have chosen the contents carefully so that the majority of food is pre-packaged and has the food allergen advice on, but I will bring this with me too. Also being pre-packaged should the child want to take it home for later that’s fine as well.
The roll is filled with either butter and a cheese slice or butter and jam.
- Would you like to ask the guests their preference or should we put half a jam and half a cheese roll in each box, which a lot of our families are finding easier?
Each box contains – Roll, packet of pom bears, pot of fruit, freddo, fruit shoot, spoon and serviette.
- Which design of food boxes would you like? Emoji, Pirates, Dinosaur, Fairy, or any plain colour.
Should you wish to provide your own food you are welcome to do so. We just ask that YOU bring all necessary disposable partyware (plates, cutlery etc.) and that YOU serve the food, our party host will naturally help, but YOU are in control of the food, as we would not know how YOU would best like it. We ask that YOU clear the tables and dispose of any uneaten food from the tables and floor. WE shall cover the tables in table cloth, you are more than welcome to bring your own should you wish. We are on a strict time schedule and if YOU are providing your own food we ask that all this cleared away at least 15 minutes before the end of the party so as not to affect our time schedule for the next party.
This is a fantastic package that easily entertains up to 40 children for two hours.We are sometimes asked about party games, mascots etc. but we feel that at this party they are unnecessary and that the children are relaxed and happy to play and in fact many parents comment that it makes a change from the structure and regiment of everyday life. If you really would like a mascot etc., you are welcome to book these separately and add them. We do have contacts with mascot companies and can organise for you but the contract is between you and them and you just pay them directly.
Tea and Coffee
We shall provide tea and coffee free for your guests, we shall provide squash free for children and adults should they wish.
Food for Adults
You are welcome to bring food for adults but remember space is limited as there is so much great equipment in the hall. We have found that should you really want to provide food for the adults that what seems to work best is just a tin of biscuits on the counter where the tea and coffee is served, but this is totally your choice and we have organised many successful parties where no food for the adults is bought.
Balloons
We usually blow up a few balloons and scatter them around. Should you require balloons for tables or a special number balloon we can provide those for a small additional extra but you are welcome to bring your own but you will have to put the up and they must be removed at the end of the party swiftly only because we have a short time to prepare for the next party.
We shall decorate the hall with generic party balloons and banners that we will keep up for the three parties that day.
We have ½ hour between parties we shall use this time to clean down and be ready for the next party, please arrive 15 minutes before your party is due to start. We politely ask that you do not arrive earlier than this as we may not be ready for you.
