Mr. Steve Kulick made a motion to accept the minutes of the June 25, 2012 meeting of the City Planning Commission. Ms. Rebecca Livengood seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Ms. Helen Chakowski, at 612 University Avenue, spoke to the Commission about the proposal, which consists of maintaining a medical office on property situated at 612 University Avenue.

After further discussion and review, Ms. Linda Henley made a motion to approve the request with a negative SEQR declaration and granting one waiver. Mr. Steve Kulick seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Two people spoke in favor of the proposal. One person spoke in opposition to the proposal.

After further discussion and review, Ms. Rebecca Livengood made a motion to approve the request with a negative SEQR declaration. Ms. Linda Henley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Two people spoke in favor of the proposal. One person spoke in opposition to the proposal.

After further discussion and review, Ms. Rebecca Livengood made a motion to approve the request with conditions and a negative SEQR declaration and granting three waivers. Ms. Linda Henley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
