The District Board may go into executive on any agenda item, pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03 (A) (3) for legal advice with the district’s attorney or matters as set forth in the agenda item. The District Board or other participants may attend by teleconference. The following topics and any variables thereto, will be subject to the Boards consideration, discussion, approval, or other action. All items are set for possible action.

  1. DISCUSSION: UPDATE ON ALPINE EAST ANNEXATION.

Received updated information from Dan Hansing showing the new corrections that go into the annexation process. Included was a legal description and an updated map of the proposed area. We are still missing a few pieces to the puzzle but Dan is working on them and we will keep working toward getting this completed. Some questions arose over possible subscriptions vs. annexation and the effects of ISO on subscriptions. Ballot cost? Impact Aid from the government property within our fire district? Discussion Only.
