EON billed 2 quarters for £257.84 but the Clerk queried and found this to be in error as onequarter had been paid cheque no 617

One quarter still therefore £128.92Due..

An up to date list of the 16 lights forwarded as two have now been removed, one replaced and one is on and paid for on the Village Hall.

5.2 Further information awaited on Village Hall scheme of improvements. AMPC had agreed in principle to donate £100 subject to further satisfactory quotations- only 2 were to hand when it is understood 3 are required.

Blocked road gullies Dunton Road/Holt Lane junctionreported to County Highways-these are being dealt with by Andy Hunt of LCC Highways.

Fri13 Feb At AMPC suggestion Clerk attended at Anstey Basic 1 course for new Clerks.Noted that Cllrnamesshould not be minuted, that AOB should NOT be on the agenda that 3 days notice of AGENDA, including weekends but excluding Bank/Public Holidays is all that is required so that only the very last minute items need be considere by chairman. Legal confirmation awaited.

/174Low Spinney Wind Farm-application lodged, HDC informed the Clerk on enquirythat it was so paper-heavy thatdiscs were being copied for all parties. . Adisc was requested and collected by hand for the Gilmorton meeting and from there copies have been passed to Chairman and another cllr.No disc or any paper has yet arrived

As it has taken 6 months for HDC not to issue a decision on nearby Swinfordand this has now bypassed the planning inspectorate-going direct to the Secretary of State,then we presume there will be no 8-weeks cutoff date. To be confirmed with HDC Planning M Patterson.
