Need Copy of Signed Tender letters to Michelle so they can be posted to the website

Need Declarations from each Association on the Tier 1, Tier 2, A & B teams at each competitive age level for planning purposes

Recap of Rocky Mountain Girls and Women’s Meeting in Salt Lake City

Schedule a conference call to review policies and procedures before presenting to the full board at the November Meeting – suggested date is October 28 at 7 pm

Old Business

Update from Referee Committee – schedule vote on one association for November Board Meeting

Update on Safe Sport – Have we communicated to our Associations that all directors, Head Coaches and Team Managers must complete the program as well as AAHA Directors or they are suspended on January 1, 2014?

Update on hosting Tier 1 Boys District Championships hosted by CAHA

  • March 5 to 9, 2014 at the Ice Den – We will have an Arizona team and a Arizona Host team

Set up tentative dates for Arizona Tier 1 and Tier 2 Championships – check with Tier 1 and 2 teams for possible scheduling conflicts before finalizing dates.

  • High School Championships are on February 8 & 9, 2014
