Exhibit Booth: Includes one 8’ x 10’ booth, one 6’ draped table, two chairs, pipe and drape, wastebasket and

identification sign. Government/Non-Profit exhibitors receive ONE complimentary exhibit badge. For-profit exhibitors receive two complimentary exhibit badges. All additional representatives will be asked to register at the attendee rate.

Other Benefits: Free Admission to all Conference & Expo activities, including reception, meals, and keynotes.

Your company will be listed in Conference materials and on the Missouri Assistive

Technology Power Up website. If registering early, your company will be listed in the conference

brochure. Exhibitors receive an electronic listing of attendees to be used for educational purposes.

Sponsorship: Several sponsorship opportunities are available for Power Up 2017. If you are interested in a specific dollar amount, please select from several options on the online registration form or you may enter an amount that works best for you. These sponsorships may include breaks, meals, accessible accommodations, presenters, etc. Our office will contact you regarding the benefits that will work best for your company/organization.

Set-Up and Setup - Monday, April 3 between 8:00 a.m. and Noon.

Dismantling Dismantle – Tuesday, April 4 AFTER 12:00 pm.

Times: Optional equipment (including electricity or internet access) must be ordered directly from the Holiday Inn Executive Center. An amenity form will be provided.

Exhibit Times: Exhibits will be open to conference participants on Monday, April 3, 2017 from Noon to

7:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, April 4, 2017 from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. A representative from

your company must be present in the booth during the Expo Hall grand opening, the Monday

evening reception, and during all breaks.

Registration: Exhibit registration is available online at https://www.regonline.com/2017PowerUp. Regular Exhibitor early registration discounted cost is $250, and $300 after December 1, 2016. Call for discounted non-profit rate. If paying by check, please make check payable to Custom Meeting Planners and mail to the above address. To qualify for the early registration discount, registration must be completed by December 1, 2016. All payments must be received by February 17, 2017. Written notification confirming receipt of your registration will be sent to you.

Lodging: Please contact the Holiday Inn Executive Center at (877) 288-5143 to make your lodging reservation. A discounted rate of $75.60 plus applicable tax is available until March 2, 2017, based on availability. Please mention you are with the 2017 Power Up Conference.

Liability: Neither Missouri Assistive Technology nor the Holiday Inn Executive Center nor Custom Meeting Planners shall be accountable or liable for any damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or property of the applicant or any of its officers, agents, employees, or other representatives, resulting from theft, fire, water, accident or other causes. The exhibit areas will be locked when not in use.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be in writing prior to February 17, 2017. There will be no refunds after that date.
