As part of the follow-up series for implementing the Windsor Roundtable outcomes, the “Age of Connectivity: Cities, Magnets of Hope” working session will focus on spearheading action through new model partnerships in practice. The Windsor Roundtables were held at St. George’s House, Windsor Castle, UK during October and November 2007 where international decision-makers and experts gathered to reexamine, rethink, redefine and reprioritize existing and emerging programs toward the achieving the MDGs, implementation of WSIS recommendations, and expansion of UNPAN training modules. Theworking session enlargesupon the “non-traditional” groups gathered at Windsor to stimulate new “result-oriented” mindsets and action in scaling up MDG interventions especially in the areas of e-health, e-education and e-government.
