This is to give you notice that My Castle FSBO, Inc. (“FSBO”) has a business relationship with Priority One Title, LLC (“Title Company”). The Title Companyis a Texas limited liability company in which an affiliate of FSBO, My Castle Title, Inc., (“My Castle”) has a financial interest as an Owner-Member. FSBO and My Castle have common ownership by Michael Greiner and Gary Bisha. The Title Company, an agent of Southern Title Insurance Corp.,will conduct the closing. The Title Company will receive a portion of the title insurance premium. Representatives of FSBO and My Castle are not employees of the Title Company. All matters regarding title or the closing should be discussed directly with an Escrow Officer of the Title Company.
