Grade tracking New PR
Each student should have a log of what their grades are from STAR to STAR. At the end have scholars look at their grades (only 3 for each subject this time) and have them reflect on what they see.
-  I have mine posted in the room by their id #s so that they can also see how they are doing compared to their co-advisory scholars.

Personal Growth
Goal setting:
-  Have scholars write one goal for each of their two lowest course grades they will achieve over the next two weeks.
-  Have them include what their SPECIFIC goal is, SPECIFIC steps they will use to achieve them & What you could do to help (I know you already do a ton but just go with it J)
Make sure they all have an agenda for the week (if you need them they are on my bookshelf. I also have clear covers for those who don’t already have them.)

House Keeping
-  Scholars should know by now they are expected to bring their binders to Advisement. I have my scholars bring them in my room and leave them before lunch to minimize the time lost.
-  Have scholars’ trade binders with the scholar next to them.
-  Provide them with the binder rubric and have them assess their fellow scholars binder (Take about 8 minutes to do this so they have time to give feedback)
-  Have scholars switch back binders and review their findings.
-  Tell them their challenge is to see how they can improve this rubric grade by Friday the 17th.

Check Progress
Each teacher should have submitted a grade report for teachers to use during this advisory time. Either a missing grade report or the class progress report (Sunday @ midnight, PLEASE)
-  There are 8 scholars and ideally eight reports you can use (two languages)
-  Do a report share and give scholar 3 minutes with each report (stations) to see what they are missing and complete their missing assignment sheet.

Community Effort
-  Have scholars take five minutes to grade their own binders, using the same rubric from last Friday. They will not obviously have time to do it but make it clear that this is expected to be completed over break.
-  Give each scholar a new agenda (if you need them they are on my bookshelf. I also have clear covers for those who don’t already have them.)Have scholar set up their agendas for the two weeks we return to school so they are all ready to go when they come back.
