Advertising your property with Trust for Nature

Trust for Nature (“the Trust”) welcomes advertisements for covenanted properties or for properties with significant natural and conservation features.

• Covenanted properties

This category only applies to properties with a Trust for Nature (Victoria) conservation covenant.

• Non-covenanted properties

Advertisements for non-covenanted properties will feature on the Trust’s website.

• Interstate properties

Interstate properties will feature on the Trust’s website.

Cost

If your property is a covenanted there is no fee for the advertisement.

If your property is either an interstate property or a non-covenanted property, a fee of $120 applies which is valid for three months.

Payment
Payment can be made by cheque, money order or credit card. Properties will only be advertised once payment has been received.

Duration of the advertisement

All properties will be advertised on the Trust’s website for three months. At the end of three months, please contact the Trust to advise if you want to renew your advertisement.

Guidelines and right of refusal

All advertisements must meet with the Trust’s policy guidelines. The Trust reserves the right to refuse to advertise properties that may lead to the loss of natural and conservation features. The Trust reserves the right to edit advertisements for use in the Conservation Bulletin and our website.

Photos

Please attach up to four (4) colour photos of the property in jpg-format. Both low and high resolution jpegs of the same image must be provided. A high resolution image should be larger than one megabyte and less than five megabytes.

Please fill in the property advertising form and send the completed form together with photographs of the property to .
