DESPATCH INSTRUCTIONS / : / Purchase order should carry clear despatch instructions giving destination, mode of transport, TIN No./Sales Tax Nos., Road Permit Etc. If purchase order do not carry any despatch instructions, it will be presumed that address as given in the purchase order shall be the destination & CVD / ED invoice will be prepared reflecting the same
Inspection shall be as per YIL QAP. If QAP approval is a requirement then, delivery period shall be reckoned from the date of QAP approval
For bought-out items, inspection clause, and QAP of the sub-vendor will be applicable.
Inspection if required shall be carried out within 15 days of our intimation to you. Alternately we will assume that inspection have been waived and will have the liberty to despatch the goods without inspection.
Date of inspection call shall be considered as the date of delivery.

(YIL) be liable for malfunctioning of Yokogawa products due to a) its use beyond specification limits as mentioned in the general specifications & relevant catalogues. b) buyer/user supplied software and/or its connectivity and unauthorized modification or misuse of hardware/software. c) Improper site/control room preparation and/or maintenance.
In no event shall YIL be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including loss of profits) whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory.
LOSS / DAMAGE IN TRANSIT / : / OUR RESPONSIBILITY CEASES ON DELIVERING THE GOODS TO THE CARRIERS AND WE UNDERTAKE NO LIABILITIES FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT WHATSOEVER.
