Advanced Learner Loans Manager

The Role

This role requires you to manage the activities across all Advanced Learner Loans (A.L.L) funded provision across Learning Curve Group (LCG). You will ensure that the team have a clear focus and agreed targets in line with profiles and performance manage these effectively so that LCG funding allocation and KPIs are achieved. You will support the Business Support Director in developing the curriculum offer and ensuring that each learner has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities and Duties :

·  Responsible for the line management of delivery staff ensuring quality of delivery and all ongoing CPD for all team members

·  Recruit staff members and ensure comprehensive induction, ongoing CPD, appraisals and objective setting

·  Provide inspirational leadership and direction to the A.L.L delivery team ensuring accurate and timely processing of documentation to LCG timescales and standards

·  Ensure the learner recruitment, induction and IAG process is robust and relevant to the model of delivery

·  Manage the loan application and enrolment process ensuring data accuracy across all systems

·  Work across different business units that are utilising A.L.L funding to collate and track against the A.L.L allocation

·  Liaise with Client Services and external learner find agents to ensure adequate and robust IAG is given to learners in advance of applying for their loan

·  Take a lead on identifying any performance issues to ensure compliance with awarding body and company standards Contribute to the SAR & QIP

·  Work closely with the curriculum team to develop new curriculum and models

·  Manage the relationship between LCG and Student Loans Company to ensure compliance with SLC and SFA requirements relating to Advanced Learner Loans

·  Develop, monitor and manage KPIs relating to all aspects of the learner journey

·  Contribute to the development of marketing materials and marketing strategy to promote each project in line with the appropriate delivery model

·  Monitor attendance/at risk/PPED learners and ensure compliance with SLC timescales

·  Implement processes to ensure progress of learners is in line with planned completion dates

·  Ensure the maintenance of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

·  Ensure flexibility in responding to changing demands in, departmental or the businesses workload
