Job Title:Admin Assistant
Department:Fundraising
Responsible to:Director of Fundraising
Hours: 16 hours per week (Monday to Thursday) 10am – 2pm negotiable Term Time
Remuneration:Grade 5 point 22-25 (£22,065-£24,024 FTE) Actual salary £8,087-£8,805 (depending on experience)
Main Purpose of the Job:
To assist the Director of Fundraising with administration and database support.
Main Functions of the Role:
Fundraising Administration
- To assist the Director of Fundraising in their role
- To work to maintain and update the fundraising database ensuring all individual records are accurate as well as producing monthly reports to monitor fundraising progress.
- To provide administrative support by ensuring that all donations are correctly recorded and processed by the finance department
- To work with the fundraising team to provide support with sending out fundraising materials
- To work with the fundraising team to ensure that donors are updated, thanked and kept motivated
- To monitor and log fundraising expenditure and produce monthly reports for the director of fundraising and communications
- To provide support on fundraising projects as and when necessary, including specific administrative support relating to fundraising events
- To help prepare newsletters, appeal letters and other mailings to general supporters
- To help prepare fundraising materials and ensure stocks are maintained
- To maintain an accurate filing system
- To assist with general administration within Hasmonean High School.
