FACULTY

Joyce Mulleedy, MS, RN, EMT-B has her MS degree in Emergency and Disaster Management. She is a CIC and NYS EMS Regional Faculty Course Coordinator. She has been teaching EMS courses for over 35 years and is currently AAREMS Educational Services Coordinator.
Richard Beebe, MSEd,, RN, NREMT-P has his MS in Education. He is a CIC, NYS DOH Regional Faculty member and is currently Paramedic Program Director of Bassett Healthcare’s Center for Rural EMS Education. He is a national conference speaker and author of several EMS textbooks and numerous articles.
Margaret McGown, MS, JD is an attorney in private practice in Cooperstown, NY. She is a former paramedic who has done many presentations on legal issues to EMS providers and is co-owner of Cooperstown Medical Transport.
Art Breault, AS, RN, NREMT-P has extensive experience in both EMS and nursing. He is currently the Outreach Coordinator and EMS Liaison at the Albany Medical Center. He has two children with special healthcare needs and advocates for and speaks on the topic to emergency, school and healthcare professionals. He has served as an author or reviewer of several EMS textbooks.
