PJSC "Electromotor"
Public Joint Stock Company "Electromotor" in the market of electrical industry is over 60 years.

The company specializes in the production of three-phase and single-phase AC induction motors with rotation axis 63, 71, 80, 90, 100 mm, ranging from 0.18 to 5.5 kW, speed from 750 to 3000 rev / min, the frequency is 50, 60 Hz, voltage 36 - 660 V.
Today PJSC "Electromotor" - one of the largest manufacturer not only in Ukraine but also in CIS asynchronous motors for general and special purposes, including high accuracy, embedded, tropical version, high-slip, gear, with built-in electromagnetic brake, for cooling transformers, etc.
The company also started production of a new product range which includes: worm reducers and gearmotors types RCHM-50 RCHM-63 RCHM-75, press granulators, milking machines, domestic pumps, food choppers, oil presses, elektrokultivators, grain ekstruders, universal presses for fruits and vegetables, electrosharpener. Given the agricultural potential of Ukraine, created a separate proceeding elevator equipment.
Production is carried out on a complete closed-loop, which consists of punching sector, foundry, mechanical-assembly shop, tool shop, as well as additional workshops: mechanical and repair, transportation and economic, heatpower repair and construction sectors.
Punching sectors.
In stamping production made packages stator and rotor engines of the main production types AIR, AIRM and consumer goods.
The following operations: stamping sheet (tin), dosing packages bracking packages.
Punching is performed on the high-speed press machines A2-200 "Schuller" made in Germany, dosing and bracking - on high-press machines from Italy ARSE.
Foundry.
In the foundry made details of aluminum, pouring rotors. Work produced at a pressure machines models 71109 and 71108 CIS production.
Technological operations: melting, pouring, metal cutting.
Metal cutting is carried on the crank presses model KD 2128.
Casting of plastic parts is carried out on modern casting machines manufacture of Yugoslavia and Hong Kong.
Technological operations: drying of raw material, molding parts, cleaning parts, crushing of waste for later use.
Mechanical sector.
The mechanical sector for machining of aluminum and steel details in accordance with the process: milling, grinding, drilling, turning.
Processing frame, shafts, rotors runs on automatic lines. Processing is performed on the bearing shields aggregate machine model SME. All equipment is made in Germany.
Winding and insulation production.
The final product of this production - wound stator.
Technological operations: insulation slots of stators, winding sections, pouring sections in the stator slots; forming the coil ends, banding front parts.
All manufacturing operations are carried out on an automatic specialized equipment made in Italy and Ukraine.
Assembly.
Engine assembly is carried out on a conveyor for assembly with power tools
Tool shop provides full complex rigging. The shop is equipped with high-precision metal-working equipment, and machines from Switzerland (the company "Aji" and "Sharmil"), which are used for the shaping of complex parts of dies and molds.
Transport department provides cargo transportation on the territory and beyond.
Repair and building sector carries out repair and construction works and produces packaging for the transport of finished products.
The total area of the plant is 94,471 m2 of which are under the buildings - 50,033 m2. The infrastructure of the plant includes: the main production building with total area - 32076.2 m2, and four additional buildings with areas 2851.9, 5514.5, 7905.4 and 431.2 m2 respectively. There are warehouses with total area of 1489 m2. The total area of the auxiliary buildings - 3619.9 m2. The main building has thermal insulation. All the buildings repaired.
Building number 40 5514.5 m2 area is after repair, not involved in the production. It has completely empty internal volume. It can be used for production, rental, etc.
Heating PAO "Electric motor" consists of:
- 3 solid fuel boilers of the company, "Krieger" with a capacity of 0.3 MW and 2 solid fuel boilers "Retro100-3M" (All boilers operate at fuel briquettes from waste wood of own production);
- 7 boiler "Kolvi-100" with a capacity of 100 kW, 9 infrared heaters «Blackheat», 3 infrared heaters ADRIAN RAD.
Heating is stand-alone 65%, 35% is provided by gas.
Is commissioning 3 solid fuel boilers of the company "Krieger" with a capacity of 0.5 MW. Then autonomy of enterprises for heating increase up to 80%.
The main production building installed power equipment, which provides the connection of the load - 5 MW in the second category. Auxiliary plant RMC, IC, DCS, THC - 2 MW, building number 40 - 1.5 MW. The company has a well of drinking water whose depth - 211 m, the performance of -12 m 3 / h (pump ETSV6-10-185) and backup input with city water.
The company is staffed with qualified personnel.
Currently, the plant is a private property in the form of a public joint stock company.
