To whom it may concern.

This is to confirm that Frank McCall’s commutative employment by this company was from 26.08.1997 to 16.10.2009. Due to the nature of the electrical contracting business our numbers while stabilized to a degree necessitated leaving key people go when contracts were delayed. Frank was one of our key people that while his service was broken since 1997 on four occasions he was always one of the first to be called back to work.

He worked in projects that demanded a broad skill base and was employed initially as an electrician and later as a charge hand. Frank has achieved vast experience across the electrical business including industrial and commercial to pharmaceutical and chemical experience. He has proven to be exceptional when in charge of a crew and his history of one of the first back after a period of layoff reflects this.

Due to the slow down in the economy we are forced to reduce our numbers and at this stage we are leaving our core employees go such as Frank.

We wish Frank well in his future as he has always worked to a very high standard and demanded that of his crew. His attention to quality and safety reflected this while he never compromising productivity. His good record for punctuality, his ability to interact with the client and his co-workers and his responsible attitude to his skills are a great asset and I would highly recommend him for a position of trust.

Yours sincerely

For O’Sheas Electrical
