To get maximum crowd participation: The designated person needs to announce the topic, gives some prayer pointers or explanation and ask the people to pray in groups etc. At the end of the allotted time for the subject, the person then rounds off with a prayer.
Perhaps certain groups could be asked to stand when that item is prayed for e.g. the Matrics.
