Nature of Activity Requirement for Experts（main task, goal to be attained, etc.）： / 1. Leverage the key discipline platform of pure and applied mathematics to strengthen international and mainland academic exchange. Invite internationally well-known scholars to visit, give seminars or short courses to introduce research results and directions in frontiers of mathematics. Elevate discipline’s international recognition and influence.
2. Carefully select research topics. Choose topics with theoretical depth or those with prospect of wide application and in the mainstream of mathematics with research content keeping with international frontiers. Initiate and develop new research direction.
3. Train high quality researchers. Strengthen the training of graduate students and young faculty members; improve their creativity and implementation skills. Thru short courses to systematically introduce the current state of research, research topics and research methods. Broaden the horizon and area of our research team.
Expert Qualification Required（professional, language, educational and working experience，ability, etc）and Date, Duration and Location： / Have done research in pure or applied mathematics, younger than 55 years of age with Ph.D. degree and worked in a international university or research institution at a level comparable to a full-professor with 3-5 years of oversees experience, having noticeable influence on international colleagues in the same area.

Researcher staff member, published as first author or communicating author in SCI cited international key publications , with at least 3 papers in international first class journals such as Nature, Phys. Rev. Lett.）

1. Holding an international academic meeting in Zhejiang Normal University.
2. Helping the chemistry teachers in Zhejiang Normal University to set up one or two bi-linguistic courses. He or she may focus mainly on the English part.
3. Supervising the faculty of Chemistry Department here to publish high-quality research papers in chemistry or material chemistry.
4. Supervising post-graduates to do research in chemistry or material chemistry.
5. Promoting the listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities of the faculty of Chemistry Department here; trying to broaden the international eyesight of these teachers in teaching and doing research.

l Research area: Chemistry (inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry or material chemistry)
l Language: Native English speaker

l Working experience:
He or she should have teaching and researching experience in University or Institute and has been promoted as an associate professor or professor.
l Ability:
1) Having good ability to communicate and organize; 2) Having published high impact scientific papers or holding an important invention patent; having been successfully funded by major national funding agencies. 3) Having good teaching ability and having been approved or applauded by his students and colleagues in teaching.
Duration:
Initial contract will be for 3 years, at least two months per year, with a possibility of extension based on mutual agreement.
