  1. We are a Human friendly Pet Resort.Andthatiswhypetsarenotallowedinyour rooms. We valuepetsmorethananythingelsewanttheirstaytobewithus to be a memorable one. At Phoebe’s Farm we have pre-designated & comfortable space for our in house & boarding pets, living here gives them the opportunity to socialize & enjoy each other’s company.
  2. In keeping with our security procedures, we request all guests to carry a photo-identity to present at check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their Passport and valid visa. Indian nationals can present any one of the following: Passport, Driving License, UID Card, Voter ID card or PAN card.
  3. Our standard check-in time is 1 pm and check-out time is 11am IST. Kindly check-out at 1100 hrs sharp to avoid inconvenience to next guests.
  4. Reservations are subject to availability and are offered on a first come first serve basis. Only subject to availability of rooms, we can offer you an early check-in and late check-out facility.
  5. Reservations exceeding 3 rooms on overlapping dates will be considered a group booking; we reserve the right to refuse such bookings on the basis of availability and may apply special rates.
  6. The entire payment needs to be made by bank transfer to confirm the booking. Rates are subject to change in case of change in validity periods, rate seasons, contracted periods, applicable laws or government policies
  7. For all travel agents’/ tour operator bookings, terms and conditions as per the contract will apply.
  8. Cancellation Terms: On cancellation of booking more than 7 days before the booked date: 10% of the package tariff will be deducted. On cancellation of booking between 7-4 days before the booked date: 50% of the package tariff will be deducted. On cancellation of booking between 3-0 days before booked date: 100% of the package tariff will be deducted. For group booking (more than 3 rooms) and prime days bookings more than 7 days before the booked date: 10% of the package tariff will be deducted.
  9. Shifting Terms: On shifting booking to another date 7 days before the booked date 5% of the package tariff will be deducted. On shifting booking between 7-4 days before the booked date 25% of the package tariff will be deducted. On shifting booking between 4-0 days before the booked date, 50% of the package tariff will be deducted. The booking that is shifted must be availed within 3 months of the original date.
  10. Extra Person Terms: A child under 7 years of age can stay in parent’s room at no additional charge. A child above 7 years of age will be treated as extra person. For 2 children below the age of 7, an additional charge of extra person will be charged. Extrapersoncharge - 50% oftheroomrate/ night + taxes (all meals inclusive).
  11. In case of refund, allow 30 days for refund by chequeonly.
  12. For cancellation, shifting and late charges please ask for our policy. It is our continuous endeavor to provide you with the finest in quality and service; we are constantly improving our facilities, so kindly bear with us
