EMPLOYEE SELF SERVICE – MY PROFILE
Within the My Profile space, employees may view and/or update select information including: Work Assignment information, Personal Information, Compensation information, Credentials and Education information, and Leave Plan Balances.
  1. Access GHR (a.k.a. MyHR) via:
  • All Employees:
Sign In using your network username and password /

  1. Select the ‘Employee’ icon to enter the Employee Self Service space.
3. Click on ‘My Profile’. /

AT A GLANCE
The At A Glance panel displays a summary of your information.
Within this panel, you may submit a ‘Change Name’ request.
To submit a ‘Change Name’ request:
  1. Click Change Name (upper left).
  1. Enter the required information including: Effective Date, Reason, and updates in the Enter the Changes area.
  1. In the Attachment area, describe and upload supporting documentation.
  1. Click OK to route the change request to the HR Administrator for approval. Once your record is updated, you will receive an email.

WORK ASSIGNMENTS
The Work Assignments panel displays your currentWork Assignment(s) information including Position number, Title, Manager Name, Process Level, Effective Date of assignment, Base Hourly Pay Rate and Full Time Equivalent (FTE).

Click on the ‘My Profile’ icon to return to the main profile page, or use your browser’s back button to return to the previous page.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
ThePersonal Information panel displays your personal information including Contact Information, Emergency Contact details, Address(es), Dependents and Beneficiaries, and Social Security Number.
Within this panel, you may update your Contact, Emergency Contact, Address and Beneficiaries Information.
To update your Contact Information:
  1. Under the Contact Information header, select an option: Add Phone, Add Email Address, Update Email Address and/or Update Phone.
  1. Enter the required information.
  1. Click OK to save and display your updated contact information.

To update your Emergency Contact Information:
  1. Under the Emergency Contacts header, select the relevant option to create or delete information. (Select Create to add a new Emergency Contact.)
  1. Enter the required information relevant to your change.
  1. Click OK to save and display your updates.

To update your Address Information:
  1. Under the Addresses header, select Add Address.
  1. Enter the required information relevant to your change.
  1. If entering an address where you want mail to be sent, select Send Mail To This Address.
  1. If the address you are entering is where you both live and want mail to be sent, select both boxes that state: Send Mail To This Address and I Live At This Address.
  1. Click OK to route the change request to the HR Administrator team for approval. Once your record is updated, you will receive an email update.

To update your Beneficiaries Information:
  1. Under the Dependents and Beneficiaries header, select Add.
  1. Enter the required information to add your new beneficiary.
  1. Click OK to save and display your updated beneficiary information.
Click on the ‘My Profile’ icon to return to the main profile page, or use your browser’s back button to return to the previous page.
COMPENSATION
The Compensation paneldisplays your Compensation By Work Assignment. Double click or select Open to view additional compensation related data for your work assignment including pay rate history.

CREDENTIALS AND EDUCATION
The Credentials and Education panel displays the Credentials and Education information associated with your record.

Within this panel, you may submit a request to update your Credentials and Education information.
To update your Credentials information:
a.Under the Credentials header, select Create to submit a new Credential request.
b.Enter the required information for your new credential.
c.Attach supporting documentation.
d.Click OK to route the change request to your manager for approval. Once your record is updated, you will receive an email update.
To update your Education information:
a.Under the Education header, select Create to submit a new Education request.
b.Enter the required information for your new education attainment.
c.Attach supporting documentation.
d.Click OK to route the change request to your manager for approval. Once your record is updated, you will receive an email update.

LEAVE PLAN BALANCES
The Leave Plan Balances panel displays all Leave Plan(s) you are enrolled in and the hours available for use within the Leave Plan.
