INTRODUCTION

The maximum length of the Abstract is within 1 page beyond aquarterpage. The maximum length of the Proceeding is within 4 pages beyond 1page. Page settings: size A4, 3 cm top, 2.5 cm bottom, left and right margins, two columns (0.8 cm between them).

The title: Times New Roman (TNR) 12 pt, capital letter, boldand centred. After the title: 2 empty single lines, 10pt, no spacing before and after.

The name of the authors: Full name and surname. Style: TNR 10.5 pt, centred. After the authors: 1 empty single line, 10 pt, no spacing before and after.

The address: TNR 10 pt, italic and centred.Corresponding author: fax number and E-mail address. After the address: 2 empty single lines, 10pt, no spacing before and after.

PREPARATION OF TEXT

Headings

The first-order headings for the section titles are in bold capital letters. The second-order headings are for sub-sections and in bold letters, and only the first letters are in capital. After these headings, text should start in a new line without indent.Additional headings should not be used in the Abstract

Text

The use of TNR 10 pt, normal, single line, 6 pt spacing before the paragraph is recommended.

Figures

Figures should be set in one column if possible unless two-column display is essential. The maximum size of the figure is within a half page. The resolution of graphics and image should be adequate to reveal the important detail in the figure. Figures have to be numbered and centered (see Fig. 1) with a centered title below it with 6 pt spacing before and after.

Tables

Tables can be inserted into the text with separate numbering as follows in Table 1. The title of the table isleft indented, 6 pt spacing before and after. After the figure there is 1 single empty line of 6 pt, with no spacing before and after.

REFERENCES

References should be listed at the end of the Abstract. They should be numbered in the order of citation in the text, and arranged in numerical sequence in the reference list. The reference numbers should appear in the text using numericals in brackets, e.g. “[3]”, “[3,4]” and “[3-5]”. They are preferably in the following forms.
