My name is Jennifer Edwards and I just started in the business as a professional planner doing high end events and functions. Before this I was helping behind the scenes in a lot of different functions as an assistant, tear down crew, etc. and would help plan the event from start to finish and put it in action. I am very hands on in the process and make sure everyone is doing what they need to do, and it turns out how the customer would like it. I also check in with the customer often and keep them in the loop and make sure nothing has changed or been cut out.

What is Special Events Insurance?
Special events insurance exists to protect the "uh-oh's" and "what if’s" that might arise before or during an event such as a slip and fall. Many venues require event liability insurance and request to be added to your policy as an additional insured. Special events insurance premiums start at $175 and vary depending on event type and size.

Package A ($4,199) is the all-inclusive package and it includes all meetings, designs, set up/ break down, step by step understanding on where we are in the process of the event, and anything else they need to add when preparing the event.
Package B (TBD) is the pick what you need package and it is the package that gives the client the option on what they need/ want. So, if they just need to have someone help them find vendors then that’s what I’m there for.
Package C ($2,599) is the Limited amount option, so it is just the first steps to start the event and then I’ll pass it on to the client for they can finish it and run the event themselves.

- A signed contract and date-hold deposit in the amount of $ 500.00 (per each 8-hour rental period) must be received to reserve your date(s) and time(s).
- Any additional costs that arise will be due within 2 days of your event
