Republican-Majority US House passed abortionist-funding (PP) and

abortion-funding HHS budget for FY 2006; Republican-majority US Senate

to take up after August recess
See HR 3010 (HHS Appropriations bill, passed in Republican-majority US House on June 24, 2005, 250 Y - 151 N (Roll no. 321) )

1. TITLE X

H.R. 3010
Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2006 (Engrossed as Agreed to or Passed by House)

TITLE II--DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
Health Resources and Services Administration
Helath Resources and Services
For carrying out titles II, III, IV, VII, VIII, X, XII, XIX, and XXVI of the Public Health

Service Act,...
Provided further, That of the funds made available under this heading, $285,963,000 shall be for the program under title X of the Public Health Service Act to provide for voluntary family planning projects:
Republicans dutifully continue US Government's 30-year+ history* of funding

Title X, the birth (population) control program that:

*Title X
Funding History
FY 1971 - 2005

Funding for Title X under the Bush administration, proposed for nearly $286 MILLION for FY 2006, is more than $30 MILLION GREATER than the last year of the

Clinton administration ($254 MILLION)
a) is one of Planned Parenthood's largest single sources of federal taxpayers' dollars –

handing over $50 million / yr (est.) to PPFA, as approved by the US Congress and the President. Planned Parenthood murders over 240,000* pre-birth children by surgical abortion each year (note: Title X does not go directly to pay for these abortions, but does go directly to Planned Parenthood).
*according to Planned Parenthood's 2003-2004 Annual Report

Title X Family Planning Service Grantees

b) funds abortifacient birth control (e.g., birth control pills, Depo-Provera, etc. causing early chemical abortions).

c) funds birth control to unmarried adolescents so they can continue to fornicate, even usurping parental authroity if the adolescent's parents say "no" to government-funded birth control drugs and devices for their adolescent child.
Yes, all this is provided, at the expense of your tax dollars, by the self-proclaimed "Pro-Life," "Pro-Family," "Pro-Abstinence" liars in the Republican-majority Congress and the Republican liar in the White House*. Listen to Jesus: He said you would know men by their "fruits" (Matt. 7:15-20).
* During a nationally televised presidential candidate debate, on October 8, 2004, President Bush was

asked this question:
Audience Question: "... suppose you are speaking with a voter who believed abortion is murder and the voter

asked for reassurance that his or her tax dollars would not go to support abortion,

what would you say to that person?

Bush:"... My answer is, we're not going to spend taxpayers' money on abortion."

CONCLUSIONS
CONCLUSION # 1 -
George W. Bush did not speak the truth to Americans October 6, 2004 in the Second Presidential Debate.
CONCLUSION # 2 -
The Pro-Life plank of the Republican Party is 'eye-wash' - it means nothing.
CONCLUSION # 3 -
The Republican-Majority US Congress is NOT Pro-Life.
CONCLUSION # 4 -
Republican President George W. Bush is NOT Pro-Life.
CONCLUSION # 5 -
Republican president, Democrat president, it doesn't matter - Title X funding in total dollars generally continues to rise; Tens of Millions of taxpayer dollars continue to go to what has been called 'Murder, Inc.,' i.e., Planned Parenthood; funding for selected surgical abortions, and chemical abortions, and birth control to unmarried adolescents even if their parents object, continues regardless of whether the Congress, House and Senate, is controlled by Republicans or Democrats !!! It's just business as usual.

As has been said over and over, by people from all across the political spectrum, "there's not a dime's worth of difference between the Republican and Democratic parties !"
