Request from skater:

A skater who played for the Gamblers last season has now moved to the FoxValley. He asked FoxValley to play for AAHA at the Pee Wee level. Due to the boundary rules, he resides in FoxValley’s boundaries. He requested a waiver from FoxValley and was turned down.

According to WAHA rules, he may play for AAHA without a waiver if he makes the “A” team as AAHA is Division I and FoxValleyis a Division 2

Proposal:

Skater will be allowed to tryout for Pee Wee level without a waiver. He will need to pay $100 tryout fee, which is non-refundable. If he makes the “A” team this fee will go towards his fees, balance of fees will be due by the end of tryouts. All registration information must be to the registrar by September 30. If he does not make the “A” team and decides to skate with AAHA he must obtain a waiver from FoxValley. If FoxValley will not issue the waiver, he will not be able to skate for AAHA.
