2. Project Summary

  1. Provide a written evaluation of the project to date. Describe the status of the project and results achieved thus far. For implementation projects, provide a photo of the project progress to date.
  2. Are all proposed deliverables on track? How does what you have accomplished compare to what was proposed in terms of number of acres, number of trees planted, and/or invasive species control?
  3. What is the current status of any required permits for the project? How do you anticipate moving forward with permit documents?

Submit your Status Report Budget Form Spreadsheet in the online grant management system to document the approved funds that were spent for the project. For the final report budget submission:

  • provide the status report budget form spreadsheet that reflects the approved budget items
  • provide a complete accounting of expenditures to date, including all invoices, receipts, and an accounting of personnel costs, such as copies of timesheets (if personnel time was used) and
  • group all receipts, invoices, and copies of timesheets (if personnel time was used) by budget category type (e.g., supplies, contractual, travel, etc.) and number each item to correspond with specific budget line item expenditures reported.

Feel free to upload any photos, digital images, newsletter articles, or press clippings to supplement your written description. These supplemental files can be uploaded into your status report’s narrative section under “additional attachments,” located on your Chesapeake Bay Trust Online Grant System account.
