Temporary Bus Stops:

The following temporary bus stops will be used during the above times:

Northbound:

  • Waterloo Quay –Between Waring Taylor Street and Ballance Street(All Routes)
  • Whitmore Street – Outside the Supreme Court, opposite Victoria University Law School(Routes 3 and N3 only)

Southbound:

  • Whitmore Street – Outside Victoria University Law School, opposite the Supreme Court (Route 3 only)
  • Featherston Street – 131 Featherston Street, between Waring Taylor Street and Johnson Street (All Routes)
  • Featherston Street – 195 Featherston Street, between Grey Street and Hunter Street (All Routes)

Closed Bus Stops:

The following bus stops will be closed during the effected time period

Stop #5010 – Lambton Quay – Cable Car

Stop #5012 – Lambton Central (near 222)

Stop #5011 – Lambton Quay – North End – Stop I

Stop #5014– Lambton Quay – North End – Stop H

Stop #5015 – Lambton Quay – North End – Stop F

Stop #5502 – Lambton Quay – North End – Stop J

Stop #5504 – Lambton Quay – Stout Street

Stop #5506 – Lambton Central (near 171)

Stop #5508 – Lambton Quay – ANZ Bank

Diversions:

All services travelling via Lambton Quay will be diverted as below:

Southbound:

Route3

Follow the usual route onto Bowen Street; however instead of turning right onto Lambton Quay continue straight ahead onto Whitmore Street. Turn right onto Featherston Street and then turn left onto Hunter Street. Turn right onto Customhouse Quay/ Willis Street and continue the usual route from there.

Route 23

Follow the usual route onto Bowen Street and into the Lambton Bus Interchange to service Bus Stop A. Upon exiting Lambton Bus Interchange; instead of continuing straight ahead onto Lambton Quay turn left onto Whitmore Street. Turn right onto Featherston Street and then turn left onto Hunter Street. Turn right onto Customhouse Quay/ Willis Street and continue the usual route from there

Follow the usual route onto Lambton Quay; however instead of continuing straight ahead onto Lambton Quay turn left onto Whitmore Street. Turn right onto Featherston Street and then turn left onto Hunter Street. Turn right onto Customhouse Quay/ Willis Street and continue the usual route from there

Northbound:

Routes 3and N3

Follow the usual route onto Willis Street; however instead of turning left onto Lambton Quay continue straight ahead onto Customhouse Quay. Continue on Customhouse Quay before turning left onto Whitmore Street. At the intersection of Whitmore Street and Lambton Quay continue straight ahead onto Bowen Street and continue the usual route from there.

Route 23

Follow the usual route onto Willis Street; however instead of turning left onto Lambton Quay continue straight ahead onto Customhouse Quay. Continue on Customhouse Quay before turning left onto Whitmore Street. At the intersection of Whitmore Street and Lambton Quay, turn right onto Lambton Quay and enter the Lambton Bus Interchange to service Bus Stop V. Upon exiting the Lambton Bus Interchange, turn right onto Bowen Street and continue the usual route from there.
