Also, make note that in order to participate in any future Den Camping trip, the scout most first complete a Pack Camp event. Sorry, but NO additional children (siblings) are allowed.

The fee includes meals, logging, snack and supplies for activities. The cost is $25.00per person. Pre-registration, health history and consent forms are required for everyone (scout and/or adult) attending.

ADULT LEADERSHIP:

In accordance with the policy of the Boy Scouts of America, Heart of Ohio Council, camps require a minimum of two leaders in attendance at all times. The ratio of leaders to youth is one leader per five cub scouts. Registered leaders as well as parents attending will make up these ratios. During the camping event we will also be utilizing the buddy system.

CHECK IN / PARKING:

Scouts are to check in at 7:00pm at the Trading Post. Parents are welcome to accompany the scouts through check in procedures. The campers will be guided by leaders to their campsites. Check in for Tiger scouts will be Saturday morning at 7:30am at the Dining Hall.

All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking lot by the Trading Post. Arrangements will be made to assist with transporting supplies. Campers must walk to the sites.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS:

Different Dens will camp together in the same campsite. Each scout will be assigned to a cabin and a leader. We are asking Webelos to tent camp as this is one of their requirements and the cabin space is limited. We are asking for any extra adults attending with their scout to tent camp. This allows for cabin space for the scoutsto be together.
