A)The Nitrophosphate Complex Consists of Following Plants/Area

STRAY JOBS IN NPP INCLUDING HANDLING OF ROCK / LIME / SAND / GYPSUM DRYING / AN MELT TANKER FILLING AREA

A)THE NITROPHOSPHATE COMPLEX CONSISTS OF FOLLOWING PLANTS/AREA:

1)WEAK NITRIC ACID PLANT (WNA) ALONG WITH COOLING TOWER/TANKER FILLING AREA.

2)CONCENTRATED NITRIC ACID PLANTS (CNA - I / II).

3)AMMONIUM NITROPHOSPHATE PLANT (ANP) CONSISTS OF ANP(F) / ANP(R) / ROCK / SAND / GYPSUM STORAGE AND HANDLING AREA AND AMMONIUM NITRATE TANKER FILLING AREA.

4)CALCIUM AMMONIUM NITRATE PLANT (CAN).

5)NPP CONTROL ROOM.

B)FOLLOWING MAJOR JOBS ARE TO BE PERFORMED BY THE CONTRACTOR:

1)House Keeping / up-keepment of area / multi storied buildings having 4 /9 floors / internal roads etc. covered under (A).

Rock Phosphate unloading of trucks / heaping / reclaiming to storage silo through conveyor system (Quantity @ 1,25,000 MT/year).
3)Handling of Wet gypsum / assistance in drying operation / reclaiming of dry gypsum for addition as a filler in ANP(R) plant (Quantity @ 25,000 MT/year).

4)Transportation of byproduct sand from ANP(F) section to gypsum silo (Quantity @ 2000 MT/year).

5)Handling/transportation of wet lime around lime silo or within GNFC premises (Quantity 15,000 MT/year). Handling of wet lime including loading of trucks arriving for sale and reclaiming of wet lime for CAN Plant operation (lime drying unit) through grab bucket operations in lime silo.

6)For loading / shifting operation Terex will be provided by GNFC but Terex operator with required skills/license will be provided by the contractor on round the clock basis.

7)Assisting in plant operation on round the clock basis with respect to following on line activities.

a)De-choking of various lines /equipments like screen / crusher/ cyclones / granulator /dryer/chutes with pneumatic chisels/pocking rods / tackles as per the requirement.

b)Collection of leakages / spillages of chemicals/solid products & recharging to the system or transporting them at required place for disposal.

c)Handling of lubricating oil , bringing in the plant and up to various machineries & charging of anti caking agent to storage tank of ANP / CAN plants.

d)Transportation of off-spec. ANP/CAN product in bag from NPP bagging plant to Nitrophosphate plant and recharging them in equipment as per instruction.

e)In planned shutdown, the ANP/CAN plant drums granulator & Dryer will be cleaned with pneumatic chisels/hammering and the de-choked materials is to be filled in bags and to be reprocessed after plant start up as per instruction.

f)Removal/cleaning segregation/charging of glass/metallic/plastic packing from various equipments of all the plants as referred in (A).

g)i)De-choking of exchanger (metallic) tubes with high pressure jet in pump.

ii)De-choking of glass exchanger tubes by roding.

h)Cleaning of various effluents pits/tanks of capacity ranging from ~15-20 m3 ---> 400m3 during planned shutdown.

i)Cleaning of filter bags /cartridge filter/filter house of compressors in WNA Plant.

j)Bringing of chemicals/oil in drums / carboys / bags ,gas cylinders from stores, storing in a specified area and returning the empty drums/carboys etc. to stores.

k)Transportation of disposable non usable material like sand, Gypsum, lime, waste bags, sludge, sweeping materials within GNFC premises.
