  1. Design a full sized poster illustrating a scene or theme from the story. The poster should clearly demonstrate, with visuals, creativity, and originality, the scene or theme you are portraying.

On the back, attach a full explanation of the poster. This explanation must be typed, double-spaced, 12 point font, and at least ¾ to 1 page in length.

  1. Write three journal entries from the perspective (point of view) of one of the main characters. Write one entry from the beginning, one from the middle, and one from the end of the plot. Your journals should show how the characters change and develop throughout the story. Additionally, they should contain a strong voice based on his/her characteristics as illustrated within the story. These must be typed, double-spaced, and 12 point font. Each journal entry should be at least ¾ to 1 page typed in length.

Youmust complete pre-writing/outlines/notes before writing your journals to show that you thought about the character and what they experienced.

  1. Find the lyrics to 2 well-known songs that relate to a theme or event in the story. Each explanation must be typed, double-spaced, and 12 point font. Each explanation should be at least ¾’s to 1 page typed in length. You should explain why specific lines relate to specific characters, conflicts, themes, and events that take place.
