We are excited to announce that the Cowpens Mighty Moo Festival is going to host a 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, June 20th, 2015 at 8 AM. The Mighty Moo Festival has always prided itself for honoring our military veterans and so this year we are excited to partner with the Wounded Warrior Project for this event. Proceeds from this event will go help support our veterans both overseas and at home.
Registration for the event will start at 7 AM. The race will be a shot-gun start at 8 AM.
The event will start at the Cowpens Timken Community Center and will run through the town of Cowpens.
Cost for the Race: $ 20 ($25 for day of race registration)

Directions to the Race:
From I-85 (North and South):
Take Exit 83 towards Cowpens on Highway 110. Veer right on to Highway 29 South towards the center of town. Take your second right onto Foster Street. The TimkenCommunity Center will be located ¼ mile on your right.
From Spartanburg:
Take Highway 29 North towards Cowpens. Go through the town of Cowpens, passing Town Hall at red light. Take first left onto Foster Street. The TimkenCommunity Center will be located ¼ mile on your right
Parking for the Race: Parking will be available at CowpensMiddle School which is located directly past the TimkenCommunity Center. You may also park at the First Baptist Cowpens and walk to the TimkenCommunity Center. This will allow you to be parked and have access to the festival after the event.
