A La Carte Fees for Independent Housing

Dining – Residents in Independent Housing are welcome to dine in the Main Dining Room at guest meal prices.

Housekeeping - $17.50 per hour. Our professionally-trained housekeepers are available to clean your house at an hourly rate. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment.

Maintenance labor - $23.00 per hour for services not included as part of the monthly fee.

Health Care Center – The cost for a stay in the Health Care Center consists of a monthly fee of $2,280 (which is prorated for the actual length of stay) plus the daily fee of $96 per day for a semi-private room. While we do not participate in the Medicare or Medicaid programs, we do provide a number of days in the Health Care Center where the $96 daily fee is waived. For example, resident members accumulate 10 waived or ‘discount’ days, which become available on admission to Friends Fellowship and every year on the admission anniversary (up to a maximum of 30 days) and also receive 30 discount days after a hospital stay of four (4) days or longer. Until all of the discount days have been used, the daily cost for a stay in the Health Care Center would be the prorated monthly fee of $2,280 or $76 per day. After the discount days have been used, the total daily cost would be $172 ($76 + $96) per day.

Non-emergency acute nursing and consultative services - $3.75 per 5 minutes delivered to your house by the Third Floor Nurse Clinic.

Personal car/driver – Friends Fellowship Community provides a personal driver and vehicle for our residents who need transportation at times/places not served by the regular van schedule. Prices are for one-way ‘drop off’ or ‘pick up’ service. If the driver has to wait, an additional hourly charge ($17.00/hour) will apply.

Chester Boulevard area $5.75($17.00 hour) apply

Guest Rooms are available for out-of-town guests. Rooms feature a double or queen size bed, TV, sofa and chest of drawers, and a private bath. Bed and bath linens are furnished.

Rollaway Bed (nightly) $6.25 + Sales tax.

Guest Room $75.00 + Sales tax and Innkeeper’s tax per night.

Guest Rooms (Adjoining)$105.00 + Sales tax and Innkeeper’s tax per night.
