Instructions:

  • Give students several minutes to look through the KnowHow2GO Handbook.
  • Split the class into teams of 3-4 students. Students will work together to find the answers to Scavenger Hunt questions included with this activity.
  • Ask the class each Scavenger Hunt question. (Each group should scramble to find the answers.)
  • The first group to answer each question correctly wins a prize (or points, depending on how you want to set it up.) At the end of some questions and answers, consider using “thought-provoking questions” (TPQ) with students before moving on to the next question.
  • You can also print off the question worksheet and give it to students to complete in groups or individually.
