· Asbestos and Lead based paint inspections for RTC Projects (1989-1991)

Also offered professional training to a number of Realtors & Environmental Professionals with two courses, one titled Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) Phase I & Phase II (according to applicable ASTM Guideline E-1527-00 to E-1527-05), and the other titled Environmental Considerations in Real Estate Transactions [ NATEC OF TEXAS INC> 1990 to 1993]
· 8 Hr HAZWOPER REFRESHER Course for several geotechnical companies from 1992 to Present on an “As Needed Basis”· For 20 Months participated in a major construction project with “Multiple Hands-On” assignments [ Construction Project involved the building of TERMINAL E @ the Houston IAH [see below for the nature of assignments]
