A first in the history of Annie Lennard Primary School!!

This week the children have completed their KS2 SATs in Year 6 for the first time ever at Annie Lennard Primary School. The children have been amazing, coping really well with the pressure and trying their very best with some very challenging papers. We are extremely proud of them all.

A special thank you to Mrs Groves and Ms Turek as they have worked really hard with Year 6 throughout the year and prepared them so well.

Residential Trips

During the last two weeks Years 4 and 5 have been to Frank Chapman and Years 2 and 3 have been to Edgmond Hall. They have all had a fabulous time, made some brilliant memories and we are very proud that the centre staff have complemented us on the excellent behaviour and manners from our children.

Parking

We appreciate that parking at the start and the end of the school day can be difficult on The Oval and surrounding roads but we have received complaints from residents again this week. Please park carefully and be aware that residents still need access to their homes during these busy times.

Money

Please make sure all money comes in an envelope and is handed directly to Mrs Goldby-Timmis or Miss Caldwell in the office.
