WealthTransferGuy Site To Do

At the end of this the site will be ready to begin setting up navigation and content

A few future thoughts for you:

·  Homepage content: Has to answer this question What can the visitor achieve while visiting this site?

·  Learn what wealth transfers are, how they happen unknowingly and unnecessarily, and how “opportunity costs” compound the wealth transfer problem.

1.  Educate the visitor, persuade them, impress them, motivate them to take action to find the solution to the wealth transfer problem, either by specific type, example wealth transfer college, wealth transfer taxes, or a comprehensive solution.

·  Answer this question, think primary keyword, lots of white space headlines etc

I will work on this, I am most concerned with developing 2nd/3rd tier keyword phrases for faster ranking, see linking strategy below. I have some general ideas for home page, “taxes” “liabilities and/or mortgages”, college, “assets/wealth building”. Throughout the process, I am promoting the Wealth Transfer Guy’s “Liability Asset Performance Program™

·  Start Searching for Blogs which are visited by your target audience. Once this site is live commenting on these Blogs will get links to your site picked up and indexed by the SEs. We DO NOT want to do Search Engine submissions.

See linking strategy below

·  Do you have access to stock images or graphics we may be able to use

I can send you a few, my graphics guy can custom do stuff pretty quickly if we have particular need, original is better and we might be able to incorporate some search advantages into the graphic/s

·  Account set ups such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and some of the book marking sites stick with he big ones Digg Delicious Stumbleupon for a start. Let me know if you want me to comp

I am looking at this, I have Youtube under jkuhner, should it be set up for “wealthtransfer guy™? Should the other ones be set up the same or under my personal name?

I don’t want to do this because of time issues, I am looking at alternatives.

I.  On Site Navigation

·  Identify Ultimate Tier # 1 Keywords/Phrases that I want to eventually rank for

·  Tier # 1 Keywords – Evaluate current competition, links, keywords, etc. for broad subject matter, ie. Taxes, College, Wealth/Wealth Transfer, liabilities/mortgages…to be determined four to six key concepts. I will work on this then you can take a look.

·  Identify Tier # 2/3 keyword/phrases that I can rank for /dominate with content/revenue generation opportunity. I will work on this, starting with College.

·  Build Tier # 2/e Keyword/phrases pages for external linking strategy / revenue generation. Set up product sales funnel, identify product/s, organize landing page and delivery mechanics such as PayPal, auto-responder confirmation/delivery of content. Once you get word press set up, we can decide who does what. I have looked at the Google slap issue and I know/understand the importance of landing page and site quality guidelines.

·  Question: CSS Position Navigation Buttons at top so content links come first/or put on the side. Objective: Pro’s / Con’s of having content links show up first? Is this tricking the search engine, or is it safe to do?

·  Internal Linking Navigation should be vigilant on “deep linking” strategy and our overall Natural Link Profile Strategy focusing on our strategy of our 2nd/3rd keywords/phrases being the names/titles (or included) of subpages within the sites navigation architecture.

II.  Natural Link Profile

·  We want to focus on “deep linking”, too much linking to the Home Page looks unnatural.

·  Focus on the “long tail opportunity” with tier #2/3 keywords that are “bait” for highly qualified prospects with “probably” a high “commercial intent”. Ideally, we can select phrases that have some commercial intent with recognizable search numbers, may not always be possible. Question, if we have a high commercial intent phrase and several sub-pages on that subject with little commercial intent, we can pass page rank to the higher commercial intent phrase, right? Pro’s/con’s.

·  This should build revenue faster and get us out of the “sandbox” faster.

·  By focusing on tier #2/3 keyword/phrases we will have a better opportunity to gain/get faster/quality external ranking opportunities.

·  The overall result will be a more natural link profile, generating some revenue while we are building our linking campaign and trying to rank for our #1 keywords.

III.  Leverage “Authority Sites” such as Squidoo, WetPaint, Google Docs, PBWiki”, Propeller, Kaboodle, Quizilla Journal Pages, Facebook, etc.

·  Identify who to start with, number, name, which keywords/phrases for pages to build/or built. I will do that and then you review.

·  Again the use of 2nd/3rd tier word/keywords that contribute to where we want to rank for the # 1 keywords/phrases, like if it is college, then pages would be built, “paying for college, college financial aid, college scholarships, college merit aid,”..whatever phrase we identify that has searches that we can rank/dominate while having an opportunity to generate revenue.

·  We want to “interlink” authority sites with our page creation process/article submission process. Through this we will use perma-links to our sub-pages when appropriate. What about Amazon Affiliate Program? What is your opinion of putting up pages on sub-domains of wordpress, hugpages, etc. and sending PPC to those pages…does that make sense, pro’s/con’s?

·  Regarding the sub-pages, we want to find 3-4-5 keyword phrases to start with where commericial intent will be higher and they will be easier to rank for organically.

·  Use of “anchor text” throughout the process when appropriate, not sure how that works but I know we want to try and use the keyword/phrase or part of it, Is this right?

IV.  By Focusing on Tier #2/3 keywords/phrases, we can borrow “authority” of the “authority sites” with the search engines, gain trust to where they link to, gain trust for our sub-pages/title tags faster from the search engines. This can result in faster ranking and more frequent search engine crawling.

·  Two Part System

#1 – Ranking

#2 – Linking

·  Ranking – Linking

·  Identify 20-30 keyword/phrases tier #2/3 for College that we can quickly rank for. Build the content, load pages, then start the authority site interlinking strategy with content submission. Also, maybe develop 5-10 keyword/phrases for coffeeberry nutrition drink/energy drink…just depends. Problem is keywords are pretty non-existent as far as search, I did not try the ones you supplied but there is little action that I saw even for the word “coffeeberry”. Since it is a glycol-nutrient, diabetic phrases may be the way to go.

·  Our submitted information will have a call to action with anchor text of the key words/phrases of each sub-page. By having enough sub-pages we will be able to send links from different authority sites to different sub-pages. However, we may choose to focus on one or two subpages at some point if a certain objective comes up…pass page rank up by now I will now if I understand this or not)?

·  Interlinking with authority sites with quality content will allow us to borrow credibility and search engine rankings faster by focusing on tier #2/#3 keywords/key phrases.

Question: Can we use benefit light url or jimkuhner url since they are older, especially benefitlight in any way that might be useful?

Once they move benefitlight content to where it can be indexed, will we be able to use that content on this site in any manner? It’s duplicate content because there are many other subscribers, but parts of the sites are original. For example, I have custom modules at the beginning of navigation that are not on any other sites three I think. If title/meta tags can be differentiated and some minor page changes, will that work assuming we can use the content somehow, but being on different servers, probably the problem?

What would be your suggestion from a range stanpoint for search volume of the keyword/phrase #2/#3 identified above?

Or would it depend on the level of competition (I think that would be part of it) for the keyword/phrase?
