1. There is a $125 deposit PER building / site / set of cabins required to confirm all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date or if damage occurs on your site during your stay.
2. Final payment is to be paid two weeks prior to arrival at camp. HST is applicable to all fees.
3. Organizational Hold Harmless Agreement to be submitted with the final payment.
4. Certificate of Insurance to be submitted with the final payment.
