/All bids must be delivered to the registry of the contracting authority to the address: The Republic of Slovenia, Government Communication Office, Gregorčičeva 25, 1000 Ljubljana. Bids not delivered to this address by the deadline will be rejected i.e. will be deemed incorrectly submitted. Regardless of the type of delivery (by hand or by post), all bids must arrive at the above address by the above deadline, or be disqualified.

9a. Verification of eligibility for area 1 (backpacks)
9a.1 Conditions
/9a.2 Documents proving eligibility
1. The bidder and all his/her legal representatives (in the case of a legal entity) has not been convicted by a final judgement for any of the offences as laid down in Article 42, Paragraph 1, of the Public Procurement Act ZJN-2
/ 1. No special documents required. The contracting authority will deem that by signing the bid, the bidder guarantees that the bidder (including his/her legal representatives) has not been convicted by a final judgement for any of the offences as laid down in Article 42, Paragraph 1, of the Public Procurement Act ZJN-2, and that the bidder has obtained from the aforementioned natural persons their consent to the contracting authority's obtaining their personal information with regard to the fulfilment of this condition.2. The bidder has settled all arrears to his/her subcontractors from previous award procedures.
/ 2. No special documents required. The contracting authority will deem that by signing the bid, the bidder guarantees that the bidder has settled all arrears to his/her subcontractors from previous award procedures.3. The bidder must show that in the 6 months prior to the day of the submission of the bid his/her bank accounts were not frozen. This applies to all bidders, regardless of the fact that they may be submitting a joint bid. / 3. The bidder demonstrates this by enclosing relevant documents which confirm this from all business banks where he/she has accounts.
4. The bidder must enclose an independent auditor's statement which clearly shows that all his/her liabilities towards his/her subcontractors and suppliers are settled. The statement must not be older than 15 days before the submission deadline. This applies to all bidders, regardless of the fact that they may be submitting a joint bid. / 4. The bidder encloses the documents stipulated herein.
5. The bidder must show that in the last three years before submitting this bid, he/she has supplied the goods which are the subject of area 1 of this tender:
backpacks, bags or similar items (paper and PVC bags excluded) with the total value of the all references stated amounting to EUR 200,000 excluding VAT. / 5. The bidder provides the relevant information in the A-4 Form (Application), which need not be again enclosed herewith.

- at least 1000 USB keys with a printed image with an integrated application with essentially similar characteristics for any number of clients (one or more references).
OR
- the bidder shows in his/her bid that the application which is the subject of his/her bid and meets the criteria laid down in the tender documentation (a multimedia application, loading of music and photographs) has already been sold in a relevant market, and that the bidder has already delivered 1000 keys with a printed image. / 5. The bidder provides the relevant information in the A-4 Form (Application), which need not be again enclosed herewith.
9.2 Deadline and location for submitting the requested documents (from the receipt of a request from the contracting authority)
