Westmoreland County Public Schools makes it convenient and easy for parents to prepay for healthy school meals and monitor student accounts with My SchoolBucks.
Students may continue to pay for meals on a daily basis. Checks should be made payable to Westmoreland County Public Schools’ Food Service. CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS – Westmoreland County Public Schools Food Service has enrolled with an online payment service called “My SchoolBucks”. This service allows you to pay for your child’s school meals using your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. You will receive payment confirmations via e-mail after enrolling at the site. The school receives a list of credit card payments made on the My SchoolBucks web site each morning. To keep this service free to schools, a small handling fee is added to each payment. PREPAID MEALS ONLY –
Monies put on account can be designated for student meals only. No snacks or a la carte food items can be purchased with this payment. To calculate, determine the number of meals you wish to purchase then multiply by price of the meal. Meal prices are: Student Breakfast (All Schools): Full Price $1.50, Reduced: .30; Student Lunch (All Schools): Full Price: $2.50; Reduced Price: .40. Any number of meals may be purchased at one time. Please specify, lunch, breakfast or both.
PREPAID MEALS AND CASH ON ACCOUNT –
You may purchase Prepaid Meals and put “cash on account”. This option ensures that your child receives a lunch and/or breakfast and allows him or her to purchase extra food including juice, ice cream and water as well. When making a payment for both, please state clearly how much money is for prepaid meals and how much is for “cash on account”. Thank you for using the My SchoolBucks option.
