Vice-President - Elected in odd-numbered years. After 2 years as vice-president, he automatically succeeds to the Presidency.

If called upon to fill an unexpired term of the previous president, he still serves a 2-year term as President.

President - Term of office is 2 years. He shall not succeed himself.

Assistant Secretary/Treasurer - Elected in odd-numbered years. After 2 years as assistant, (s)he automatically succeeds to the secretary/treasurer. If called upon to fill an unexpired term of the previous secretary/treasurer, (s)he still serves a 2-year term as secretary/treasurer.

Secretary/Treasurer - Term of office is 2 years. (S)he shall not succeed himself.

Program Committee - One new member elected every year to serve 3 years. Senior committee member shall be chairperson. Members may not succeed themselves. Any appointed member may be elected to a regular 3-year term.

Elections Committee - The President shall in odd-numbered years appoint a school faculty to serve as the nominating/elections committee for one 2-year term.

Resolutions Committee - The President shall appoint a school faculty to serve as resolutions committee as necessary.
