NOTE: Applicants for a Conditional Use shall submit three (3) sets of Site Plans (Site Plan shall contain information required in Article 4, Section 409 of the Zoning Ordinance) for the proposed use to the Board of Supervisors.
The Board of Supervisors, within five (5) days of reception of Site Plans, shall forward one (1) copy of the Site Plan to the Zoning Officer and one (1) copy to the Planning Commission.
The Zoning Officer and the Planning Commission shall, prior to the next regularly scheduled Zoning Hearing Board meeting, review the Plan for compliance with the Township Zoning Ordinance and submit a written recommendation to the Board of Supervisors.
