Wedding & Reception Includes:

· 9 hour total use of the gardens:

Ø 1 hour rehearsal the night before the ceremony

Ø 2 hours dressing, photography, & decorating time immediately prior to the ceremony

Ø 5 hours for the ceremony and reception (additional time available at $200 per hour)

Ø 1 hour for clean up after the reception

· All tables and chairs

Ø Chairs are upscale white wooden chairs w/ padded seats

Ø Guest tables are 60 inch rounds that generally seat 8 people

Ø Head tables may be 6-ft rectangular(s), 60 inch round, or small sweetheart table

· All tablecloths and napkins

· Round cake and guest book tables with tablecloths and skirts

· A bar and 6-ft rectangular table w/ tablecloth and skirt for alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks

· 6-ft rectangular buffet tables for food service tables, with tablecloths and skirts

· Table & chair set up & break down

· Dressing room for bride & her attendants

· Photography session inside the Victorian house

· Planning meetings with our in-house coordinator.

· Assistance with your ceremony rehearsal.

· Assistance with the implementation of your ceremony.

Additional Notes:

· While we are happy to provide recommendations, you may select the caterer, photographer, minister, DJ, florist or your choice.

· You or the caterer of your choice may provide food and drink service. We have a nice private area for on-site BBQ if your caterer would like to bring a pit.

· We would be happy to provide your caterer with a strategically located table for staging the food directly from their van/truck.

· Based on our experience with previous events, we have a preferred area for buffet service, but please feel free to design your own site layout.

· You may bring your own alcoholic beverages. There is no corkage fee.

· Two outdoor heaters are available on a moments notice for a small fee.

· Latest end time for an event is sunset or 8:00 pm, whichever is later (in summer, sunset is later while in early spring and late fall, 8pm is later).

· A non-refundable retainer of only $500 reserves your date (this amount is applied toward your total site fee).
