CQI-CARES Data/Report / Notes and Time FrameListing of Cases / All cases open for review. Displays two months of case reviews. Indicates the status of the review.
Summary of Cases / All cases/children in reviews assigned to that user for any level of review. Nine to 10 months of data available.
Summary Datasets / All cases/children in reviews assigned to that user for any level of review. Nine to 10 months of data available.
Freezing Reviews / Reviews are available for two full months for review at all levels. Reviews are frozen 2 months after the upload.
Archiving Cases / In the 10th month after upload, the cases are archived automatically.
Case Review Completion Report / Includes all levels of review and all cases in any status for 5 months.
Quarterly Reporting / April, July, October, January (10th of the month), data are downloaded for summary statistics used in the PIP.
Freezing Reviews: Reviews for all levels will be frozen (unavailable for review and not visible on the site) two months after being loaded into the CQI-CARES.
e.g., January Cases – Loaded January 5; frozen to all levels on March 5.
Freezing is done manually and can be delayed if needed to accommodate to special circumstances.
Archiving Cases: Cases will be archived after 9 full months (archive at the 10th month). Archive schedule.

Ø April 10 (Reviews from the December January, and February pull) including the regional reviews completed in Jan-March.
Ø July 10 (Reviews from the March, April,, and May pull) including the regional reviews completed in April – June.
Ø October 10 (Reviews from the June, July and August pull) including the regional reviews completed in July-September.
Ø January 10 (Reviews from the September, October, and November) pull including regional reviews completed in October, November and December),
Listing Page: This page lists the cases that the user has access to. For all cases, the user can view the results of case reviews completed at other levels. For example, at the CO level, reviews will see a summary of the case review completed for that case at the FSOS and supervisor level This page includes two months of cases from the TWIST pull.
Summary Sheets: Available on the main page of CQI-CARES. This is a live report that changes each time data are entered. This summary of responses includes all reviews that are completed (listed as C in the Listing Page) at all levels. Each reviewer may view all the reviews completed on the cases they have access to for all levels. Each reviewer can set the parameters of what they can see by months of reviews and levels of review. They can select from all cases not archived.
