Bid Solicitation

Bid Opening Date and Time: April 6, 2011 at 1:00pm (Local Arizona Time)

The State of Washington, as a participant of the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) announces that the State of Arizona, on behalf of the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) and other authorized users, is requesting proposals from responsible vendors that can provide service as a Software Value Added Resellers that can:

· Furnish Commercial Off-the-shelf Software (COTS)

· Honor existing License Agreements

· Include Related Services

The purpose of this Bid Solicitation is to establish contracts on a competitive basis with qualified vendors to directly supply the above mentioned goods and services. The Contracts resulting from the Bid Solicitation are not replacing current WSCA Contracts, but are intended to establish new contracts.

The Bid Solicitation issue date is February 28, 2011. Bid submissions shall be opened April 6, 2011 at 1:00pm local Arizona time.
