BOOTH REGISTRATION INFORMATION
WEXPO will take place from May 11-13 at the Grand Prince New Takanawa Hotel, the site of the Global Summit of Women. Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. The number of available booths is extremely limited. Note that all Booths will be 3 m x 2m. Space will only be granted to registrants of the Global Summit of Women 2017; if you have not done so, please submit your Summit registration form before submitting this WEXPO Reservation Form.
PAYMENT
Payment must be submitted to complete your reservation. Fee is Euros for those within Europe and US Dollar for rest of world. Refund Policy: Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to before March 30, 2017 to receive a refund. There will be a 10% processing fee against the cost of the registration to cover extremely high banking fees for refunds. For cancellations received after March 30, no refund will be issued.
