LOCATION: Colorado College - Schlessman Natatorium

FACILITY INFO: The El Pomar Great Hall will have limited access for restroom facilities only. No teams or spectators will be allowed in this area at any other time for any reason. Locker room space will be limited to use as a changing facility only. Designated seating areas will be set up for teams on the pool deck only. The bleachers will be reserved for paying attendees only.

VOLUNTEERS: EACH team will be expected to provide 2 timers to run an efficient meet. Please submit

ORDER OF EVENTS: Regular order of events.

DIVING: (11 Dives) Friday @ 9:30 AM - 8 Dives and Friday Afternoon – 3 Dives following the 50 Freestyle

ELIGIBILITY: Each school will be allowed four entries per individual event and Teams may enter a maximum of two
relays per relay event (A and B relay). Both the A and B relays can score but only one relay per team in the consolation and championship final heats based on qualifying time. Be sure to include up to four alternates for each relay entered. Each athlete may enter two individual and two relay events or one individual and three relay events (3.2.1). DIVING CARDS ARE NEEDED BY CLOSE OF PRELIMS THURSDAY PM.

ROSTERS All entries must be emailed in Hy-Tek Format on or before Thursday, January 26th, 5:00 PM to: Larry Greene at (Ph: 719-266-1166). Please include a soft copy (Word or pdf) of your TM entries for verification. No late entries will be accepted, and no changes will be allowed after this time (Rules 3.2.2 and 3.2.3). All relays must be declared no later than the start of swimming competition each day.

SCORING: Team points will be awarded as follows:

AWARDS: Awards will be presented to top three individual finishers.

Plaques will be awarded to team Champion and Runners-Up.

Diving will count as one event in the team scores.

COACHES COMMITTEE: Any violations of rules or procedures will be reviewed by the coaches committee selected prior to the meet.

ADMISSION: This is a Gated Event - please notify your school and parents.

There will be a daily admission charge for all spectators ($8 adults, $6 student/senior).

Meet Passes (2 day pass) at $12; $10 for student/senior to help cover officials, facility rental,

and awards. Please be sure to pass this information along to your coaches and parents.
