Lightning Promotions is a group of young men and women who enjoy promoting car shows. They started about five years ago doing benefits for individuals and charities and have continued earning money with their shows for what they deem a good cause. Todd Nicely is a US Marine Corporal from Jefferson County who lost his arms and legs in an IED explosion in Afghanistan. Lightning Promotions is hoping to make his life a little easier.
