Today American Greetings Properties (AGP) the intellectual property and outbound licensing division of American Greetings Corporation (NYSE: AM), announced that they will be working with Just Imagine Consulting (JIC) to expand the Care Bears presence in South Africa. JIC will build on the success of these kind-hearted, lovable bears and will be rolling out a comprehensive licensing and merchandising program.
