2013-2014 Payroll Information

RE: Access to E-Stub

For this school year (2013-2014), all paychecks will be distributed through direct deposit into your bank account; no payroll checks will be issued. Your earnings from working will be available in your bank account on the pay dates from the schedule included in the District Payroll Resource Guide. You will be able to view your paystub electronically from any computer, either at work or at home, through a link on the Garrard County School District website called Keeis Stub. In addition to viewing your paystubs you can also access and view previous years W-2 forms and your employee information. To access the E-Stub information, follow the directions listed below. 1. Go to http://www.garrard.k12.ky.us

2. Click on the Staff Resources button (located on the left side of the screen)

3. Click on E-Stub

4. You will be taken to a new page called Keeis eStub where you will be prompted to enter the following information:

Employee ID:

Pin:

Your employee ID number is: ___________. This the number given to you by the finance department at the time you come to the Central Office to receive your employee information.

The initial time you sign in to the E-Stub website, the Pin number will be your social security number. You will then be prompted to change the Pin and create your new personal password. Once you create your new Pin, please write it in a secure location so that the next time of sign in you will have your access information.
