The undersigned, in further consideration for participation in the Beginning Wolfen Wicca® Correspondence Course- 101 a Beginners Journey, and by signing below, hereby covenant, promise, acknowledge, and agree as follows:

1. All materials provided in the Beginning Wolfen Wicca ® Correspondence Course are copyrighted by Lady Wolfen Mists and as such may not be reproduced or redistributed without the written consent of Lady Wolfen Mists. This name Wolfen Wicca ® is a registered Trademark to Silver Hoofs Inc.

2. All information, procedures, methods, formulae, rituals and systems learned in the Beginning Wolfen Wicca ® Correspondence Course are the sole property of Silver Hoofs, Inc, written by Lady Wolfen Mists, and as such, I agree not to disseminate any information, procedures, methods, and systems to any person. I understand that all money paid is non refundable in any manner and that I will be charged for the entire class within the given time period. Anything over the 9 months may incur additional fees.

3. Further, I understand that in the event that I violate the above, I may be subject to criminal prosecution and civil liability under the laws of the State of North Dakota and the United States of America, and International Law.

4. One of the fundamental tenants of the spiritual practices of Wicca in general, and Wolfen Wicca® in particular is secrecy. Therefore, I hereby give my Oath not to discuss, describe, share, inform, or in any way allow any other person to obtain or become aware of the knowledge I receive during or after I complete the course of instruction known as Beginning Wolfen Wicca®. Further, I understand that Wolfen Wicca® is considered to be a philosophy and as such, upon completion of the Beginning Wolfen Wicca® Correspondence Course, I may consider such knowledge and beliefs to be my own. However, in light of this fact, I agree to be bound legally and morally to the Oath of Secrecy I hereby give, to not disseminate or reveal to another person any information, procedures, methods, formulae, rites or rituals, spells, recipes or systems I learn about Wolfen Wicca®
