PURPOSE:

Teresa Halbach graduated from Hilbert High School in 1998. After graduating summa cum laude in 2002 from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a major in photography, she opened her own business, named “Photography by Teresa.”

Through her profession, she was able to share her personality with others and continue to do what she did best—make people smile. The Halbach family would like to continue to celebrate Teresa's life by offering two $1,000 scholarships in her memory.

The purpose of this scholarship is to give financial aide to two students pursuing further education and who exhibit exceptional moral character and strive to succeed in the classroom and in life.
